The vibration performance of ultrasonic welding head was determined by FEM (Finite-Elemente-Methode). The precision requirement of CAD/CAM algorithm ensures the accuracy of 3D contour when manufacturing welding head. The amplitude distribution of welding joint is measured and recorded by modern laser measurement technology. The service life of the welding head is further improved by surface treatment.
